To be successful in this role an individual will be required to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and or MBA .
1-10 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in working with large strategic accounts in a sales, marketing or account management capacity
Strong commercial acumen
An advanced understanding of social media
The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
A solution selling approach to sales
Being willing and able to travel
Excellent written and presentation skills for in-person or web based meetings
Responsibilities and Activities:
Collaborate closely with the Sath team stakeholders to develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Sath’s presence in existing accounts
Work with Sath team stakeholders to manage the pre-sales process with clients and provide the leadership throughout the opportunity lifecycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal.
Provide thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in various technology areas and to CXO level contacts.
Work with India/Global based practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solutions Own service-line account plans and targets for named accounts in a specific industry segment and region including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel
Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop GTM plans
Approach, uncover business/technical needs, develop value proposition and Implement complex security solutions to C level contacts.
